OUR A' TEAM
Over 7 years of experience
Realmax Investments brings to you the Building Revolution. It all started with realistic
appraisal of your living needs.
“We understand the need for affordable housing and are here to bridge that gap. Not just affordable housing but to quality and modern. The reason housing is so expensive in Kenya is because of high profit margins developers and exorbitant prices of land around the city center, living the middle and lower middle class citizens out of luck. That’s where we come in.
Richmond gardens is only 40km from cbd which gives you a country living in a town setting. Couple with affordability?, now that’s a win win!!
In Realmax Investment co. Ltd, were not about mega profits but we’re eager to make an impact, a change and a difference in the Real Estate market by housing the majority in this great nation. Our homes are strategically located within close proximity to the tarmac with amenities such as dispensary, school and shopping for a free, convenient and enjoyable lifestyle for our customers.
Our goal is to implement this concept of affordable housing to all major counties. We are working hand in hand with the government to curb the shortfall of housing shortage. Right now we are at the good Machakos county. Our homes go for as low as 3m and the Plots for as low as 400k. And yes we use brick and motar…People always ask how we do it. We appreciate are the past current and future business from our esteemed clientele. You are the reason we thrive. We believe in this worthy concept and want to stand in the gap to serve our community. So help us God.”
