Nairobi, Kenya – Prime residential sale prices in Nairobi decreased by 1.03% in the 3 months from the end of 2019 to March 2020, while prime rentals decreased by 2.1% over a similar period, according to the Knight Frank Prime Global Cities Index (PGCI) for Q1 2020.
